Here are two views (closed and open) of a small triptych I made a while ago for a swap. The background on the outside is a medallion stamp from Holly Berry House stamped and embossed. The closure is just a simple strip of the same paper, also stamped and embossed, with the ends rounded and a set of nesting slots. The quotation in the center is from Charles Dickens' Bleak House, "I only ask to be free. The butterflies are free."
